SUCCESSFUL ENTRIES ANNOUNCED! To see full list of accepted works click here.

Please note that due to the large number of submissions, we are unable to attend to e-mail or telephone enquiries on application status. Successful candidates will be contacted by email by Fri 30 September 2016. A list of successful entries will be also published on the website.

On the 'submit' page please click on the drop down menu for the number of pieces that you wish to enter. You will be directed to a form that will request all of the relevant details of your images. You will then be able to upload your images (each image maximum 3MB).

All forms of intaglio printmaking are eligible. Reproduction prints are not accepted. All artwork must have be made in the past 3 years, dating from 12 September 2013. Artists from any country may enter provided they are willing and able to get their work to and from the designated drop off and collection venues.

There are no size restrictions, however artists with extremely large works are advised to contact Bankside Gallery to discuss details prior to submitting. All pictures must be framed in wooden frames - no clip frames or metal frames will be accepted. All works must have 2 mirror plates attached. All works are to be handed in unwrapped and will be transported in blankets. All works will be handed out unwrapped so artists will need to bring their own wrapping when they collect their work.

Artists are allowed to submit a maximum of 6 artworks. A maximum of 3 artworks will be selected from any one artist.

Artists will be informed of the judges’ decision and selected works must be delivered to the drop off point as listed below. The judges' decision is final. Works selected from digital submission are not guaranteed to be hung in the exhibition as a final selection is made at the time of hanging. Selected artists will be informed by Fri 30 September 2016
